Seller of Record
Our Plugins are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record
for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, order fulfilment, billing,
and related customer support. When you buy a Plugin, your contract of sale is
concluded with Paddle. Paddle's Buyer Terms and policies also apply to your
purchase and can be found at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license
to install and use the Plugin for your own personal or commercial creative work.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the Plugin or its
license keys with any third party. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or
attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law.Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Plugins remain with Hope Studios. This
license does not transfer any ownership of the software to you.Updates and Support
We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates or support for the Plugins.
Any support is provided on a best-effort basis via florian.duee@gmx.de.Disclaimer of Warranty
The Plugins are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement. You are responsible for ensuring the
Plugin is compatible with your host software (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After
Effects) and system before purchase.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hope Studios shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit,
arising from the use of or inability to use the Plugins.Refunds
All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy at

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of
